Colleges are terrific at selling themselves. They promise unmatched experiences in academics, study abroad, and transformative interaction with professors. But is it true? As a parent, do you sometimes wish you could sit down with another parent at one of your student’s prospective colleges and simply ask, “Did your child have the experience they were promised?”
Below we’ve posted the answer to that question as given by Robert Bolton on April 17, 2010 to a group of parents whose students had been admitted to Centre. Bolton is the father of an ‘09 Centre graduate and a ‘13 student.
